How can I register on the site?
To register, click on "Courses" and then select "Register". Fill in the registration form with the requested information. For security purposes, you will also be required to complete a CAPTCHA check during registration. After successful registration you will have immediate access to your account.
How can I sign in to my existing account?
To log in, click on the "Login" button in the header at the top of the page. Enter the email address and password you provided when you registered.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use WooCommerce's secure payment system to purchase courses. You can choose to pay by credit card, Pay Pal or bank transfer.
Are there any delivery costs?
No, there is no delivery charge for our courses, as all materials are available in digital format immediately after successful purchase.
What happens after the purchase?
After successful payment, you will have immediate access to the content of the course you have purchased. The system will automatically send the access details to your registered email address.
How long will I have access to the course I bought?
You can access purchased courses through your account without time limit.
What is the right of withdrawal?
You can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the purchase. You must notify us of your intention to withdraw in writing. After processing the withdrawal, the full purchase price will be refunded.
How does online booking for courses work?
We will soon be adding a new feature to our system: online booking for courses. Participants will be able to easily choose the time that suits them best for consultations or live online classes. Detailed information on how to use the booking system will be sent to all registered users.
